Basic Roles & Responsibilities:
To Visit service center of Consumer Durables / Retail outlets and perform Audits at various locations and multiple states.
Perform audits at service center on various pre-defined parameter (Technical & Non-technical)
Capture VOC of dealers & customers by physical visits & via telecom.
Good written and verbal skills. (Must be proficient in English or Hindi as well as in regional language.)
Prepare reports and analysis as necessary to determine areas of improvement & opportunity.
This would be an extensive traveling role and person would have to travel across Pan India.
Any Graduate. Min. 2 years of experience in consumer durable industry (In service domain).
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Focus on Quality.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
