Must have qualification in Food Technology (B.Sc. / B.Tech/ Diploma)
Must have some experience in manufacturing factory operations
Finding innovative techniques to improve current production methods, keeping the SOP’s intact
Roles & Responsibilities:
Production & Quality
Following production techniques and SOP’s taught by the Product Head.
Keeping the member of the company at the factory motivated
Helping the company come up with innovative methods of manufacturing, along with keeping the quality and SOP’s intact.
Helping develop new products
Keeping the premise hygienic at all times.
Reporting of the raw material used and finished goods produced.
Maintaining batch record keeping.
Supply-chain & Logistics
Making sure the products are delivered to the said locations, in appropriate conditions
Handling the supply-chain of raw materials and finished products in required temperatures.
Open to Learning
New methods of juice making and pulping.
New Product Development under the supervision of Product and R&D Head
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
For fresher candidate: Rs. 1,80,000 to 2,00,000 per annum
For experienced candidate: Rs. 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 per annum, based on the candidates potential
